Through hole slip rings is also called as hollow shaft slip rings.CENO's hollow shaft slip ring hole size from 3mm to 5000mm are optional.Standard through hole are 12.7mm, 25.4mm, 38.1mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 100mm which we named as ECN012, ECN025, ECN038, ECN050 and all other size are capable to be customized.
Installation Guide
Shaft mounting way
Put the slip ring in the desirable location and tighten four set screws (Not supplied) to the shaft. The max torque is 25 1b—in (Can not exceed).
Route the wiring and make the necessary connections. Do not allow the wiring to restrict free rotation of the slip ring. Do not constrain wiring such that wire flexing (cold working) occurs.
Doing so will ultimately cause failure (breakage of the wiring).
Use 5/16 (Max diameter) screw fix the Anti-rotation tab properly.
Flange mounting (Customized) way
(1)Align the mounting holes in the flange to mounting base and install flat washers and mounting screws(NOT SUPPLIED).Securely tighten screws.
(2)Route the wiring and make the necessary connections. Do not allow the wiring to restrict free rotation of the slip ring.
(3)Use 5/16 (Max diameter) screw fix the Anti-rotation tab properly.
